Metro Medical Credit Union’s Official International Credit Union Day Sweepstakes Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Members who answer the question as provided by MMCU on the International Credit Union Day form from October 3, 2023 at 12:01 AM until October 17, 2021 at 11:59 PM, will automatically be entered to win a $25 Amazon electronic gift card. Only one entry per member.

  • The sweepstakes is offered to all MMCU members, new and existing, in good standing age 18 or older. Employees, directors, officers and household members of Metro Medical Credit Union are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.

  • Eligible MMCU members who submit an answer for the question on the International Credit Union Day form are automatically entered into the sweepstakes.

  • One (1) member will have a $25 Amazon electronic gift card emailed to the email address provided by member. Any portion of the prize, not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winner.

  • Winner, as specified above, will be determined by random drawing from all eligible participants on Monday, October 21, 2024. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of valid entries received by the deadline. Winner need not be present to win and will be notified by telephone within or around five business days after drawing. Winner will have one (1) week to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize during the specified time period, a new winner will be drawn from all eligible participants. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

    Winner must have a valid Social Security Number and a U.S. Government photo identification on file to be eligible to win. MMCU may report the value of the prize to the IRS as required by law.

    Winner may be required to sign a Publicity Release form. By accepting and/or using the prize, winner agrees to use of winner’s full name and/or likeness for the purpose of appearing in print and/or electronic media for Metro Medical Credit Union without compensation.

  • Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. This contest is subject to cancellation at any time, without prior notice.
